October 2020 Ministry Update: Growth, Learning, and Community Care

October was a month of encouragement and steady progress for Terebinth Ministries. Across Northern Uganda, ministry programs continued serving communities through discipleship training, healthcare outreach, agricultural development, and practical support initiatives. We remain grateful for the many opportunities God has provided to impact lives and strengthen communities during this season.

Terebinth School of Discipleship

The Terebinth School of Discipleship continued making excellent progress as students advanced in their biblical studies and ministry training. Classes remained active, and instructors worked diligently to provide quality teaching while helping students grow spiritually and academically.

Students demonstrated commitment to learning as they participated in classroom discussions, Scripture study, and leadership development activities. The discipleship program continues to equip future leaders with the knowledge and practical skills needed to serve effectively within their churches and communities.

We are thankful for the dedication of both students and teachers who continue investing in spiritual growth and biblical education.

Dream Center Uganda Health Center

The Dream Center Uganda Health Center continued serving patients throughout the region while working to improve access to affordable and quality healthcare. Ongoing efforts focused on strengthening services and ensuring that individuals and families could receive the medical attention they needed.

The health center remained an important resource for surrounding communities, providing care, support, and health education. Through partnerships and dedicated staff, the clinic continued serving patients with compassion and professionalism.

We are encouraged by the positive impact the health center continues to have on families throughout Northern Uganda.

Agriculture and Community Development

Agricultural initiatives continued supporting both ministry sustainability and community development goals. Efforts focused on strengthening production systems and creating practical opportunities that benefit local families and ministry programs.

Several projects progressed during the month, helping provide resources that support outreach programs, feeding initiatives, and future development efforts. These activities continue contributing to long-term sustainability while creating opportunities for economic growth within local communities.

The ministry remains committed to combining practical development efforts with compassionate service and community transformation.

Widows Ministry and Community Support

The Widows Ministry continued providing encouragement, practical assistance, and opportunities for personal growth among vulnerable women within the community. Various support initiatives helped strengthen relationships while providing resources that contribute to greater stability and self-sufficiency.

These programs remain an important part of the ministry’s mission to care for vulnerable individuals and demonstrate Christ’s love through meaningful action.

We are grateful for every supporter who helps make these outreach efforts possible.

Looking Ahead

As October came to a close, there was much to celebrate and be thankful for. Continued progress in discipleship, healthcare, agriculture, and community outreach demonstrated the positive impact of faithful service and strong partnerships.

Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and support. Together, we continue creating opportunities for hope, growth, and lasting transformation throughout Northern Uganda.
